Rhubarb is located at the Silver Eagle Cottage Resort and overlooks Eagle Lake. The name is synonymous with Eagle Lake and its infamous rhubarb claim to fame.

Rhubarb is open year round, houses a covered screened in porch, for the true Highland experience and offers creative, lunch and dinner menus. Proprietors Christoph Carl and David Adams draw upon 40 years of culinary experience collectively to provide guests with exciting regional food and interesting wine.
